These are mini moto bikes are fully electric. Classified under 4501.01 subsection FFF as a micromobility device(under 100 pounds) same as the pay scooters for city travel. They are street legal without tags, license or insurance or even skill of a real motorcycle, no shifting required. Also bike path and trail legal. These are custom builds on a tiny frame. Lots of upgrades went into this. It has an app you can tune these to your needs. Fully capable to keep up with traffic and then some. Upto 12000 watts and a batter thats good for 100 miles. Definitely faster then any grom and would shame a 400cc ninja in the short. Would easily beat an upgraded surron, talaria, stealth bomber. It is advised not to go that fast unless experience.
