Amazing experience. incredibly knowledgeable and friendly sales team. making the entire process enjoyable. My salesperson took the time to understand my needs and guided me, without any pressure. They were transparent about pricing and financing options, which made me feel confident in my decision.

While friendly, they are terrible at communication. Had an appointment to purchase, you know give them money, a car and was over an hour and a half late and had nothing prepared, barely an apology. Also, they took so long to pay off my trade in it cost more $, as they went beyond the 10 day payoff.

A thing to know is that they do some work on their cars (not out of the ordinary) but it includes paint.

We only went through with the purchase because the spec of the car was exactly right and we’d searched for a long time.

Just purchased my 4th vehicle from Topline, and as always, the experience was excellent. The sales and finance team is professional and honest! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a car and seamless buying experience!

I purchased a 2016 Audi S3 with the help of Yuliya. She got me financed over the phone, so the transaction in person went quickly and smoothly. I traded in a 2012 Audi S4 and I'm well aware of the oil consumption problem with Audi. I thought that the problem had been taken care of in the 2016 and newer models. Unfortunately, my S3 is burning oil at only 75K miles. When I called Yuliya, she apologized and sent me $500 to help a little with the cost of oil over the next few years. I do appreciate her help, but wonder if Topline Auto Group new that they were selling a car that burns oil. Also, I tried negotiating the price of the S3 and my trade in. They will not negotiate whatsoever, so don't bother. These two reasons are why I didn't give them 4 or 5 stars.
