My sales rep Maxwell was amazing. Got me into the car I wanted and the wait time was not as long as normal wait times usually are at dealerships. He's very friendly, attentive, and to the point. Today we had an awesome day with Austin, Jordan, and Tyler at Sunset Kia!! LaSaundrea drove off the lot with a smile. Their customer service skills made the desire to buy much easier. They were very personable and we really felt like we'd know them for years.

We worked with Dawn and Fred for our trade-in. They were both very friendly, professional, fair, and accommodating to make sure we arrived at a deal that met our goals. Dawn was a complete delight and a highlight for us.

She got us in a beautiful 2024 Kia EV6 GT. The yacht blue with green brakes gave 10’s across the board. We love it!

Smokey the dog was also great to have greet us at the door.

Dealer Price Makeup is freaking ridiculuous!

Our family went to check out the 2025 Kia K5 recently. The ticket window asking price is 34k based on the MSRP, but the dealer slapped a 6k of northwest market price adjustment on top of that and $800 market delivering fee. Now the car price came out to be 46k for a Kia K5. I cannot stress how ridiculous this price comes out. Apparently, not many of this car is on the road, we are not sure how its quality of the new built is, but getting a slap on the face like that from 2.5 stars dealer review. What else should I expect. They think their car demand is high? Just wait until they see the sale monthly report. 46K for a Kia K5? I am laughing while leaving.

A Great Experience -
I’m went to Sunset Kia to look at a car they had advertised on line.
I had the pleasure to meet Austin there and my adventure began.
I drove several used cars that caught my eye on the lot. All of the vehicles I saw at Sunset  were in excellent condition. Austin was so incredibly helpful, he cheerfully and patiently answered my endless questions regarding the cars that I had asked to see. Needless to say, I was able to take my time there to look at the options available and ultimately came out with a lovely vehicle, well priced, that met all my needs, plus much more. The entire experience was terrific!
I would highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a new or used car. Everyone I met there was so helpful and kind. There was no high pressure sales tactics at all. Austin and the team were simply wonderful to work with and the process went so well. 😊
