I previously had a great car-buying experience in Bellevue but unfortunately am in the car buying process as my previous car was totaled , I went to look at another dealership  (APX) expecting the same quality of service. Unfortunately, this visit was a letdown. I went to look at a black Range Rover that had several cosmetic issues, which was surprising given the price. When I asked about the cost, Issac (along with another staff member) told me they don’t disclose how much they originally paid for the vehicle. He printed out the sticker price and gave me a quote for the out-the-door total.

When I asked if they could do better on the price, Issac asked what I would offer—implying that negotiation was possible. But later, after I gave a number, he said they don’t negotiate and wouldn’t go down on the price at all. That was confusing and misleading.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this dealership—there are more honest and professional options out there. Pictures are below of the car with cosmetic damages, that he said they would not fix if they came down on price.. confusing.

Zach was an exceptional car salesman who made my car-buying experience enjoyable and stress-free. From the moment I walked into the dealership, he greeted me with a warm smile and took the time to understand my needs and preferences. He was knowledgeable about the various models and explained the features in a way that was easy to understand.

Janthon made the experience exciting because of his deep knowledge of cars. I asked about 100  technical question's and he answered all of them. Turns out he is a professional racer and has worked on cars his whole life, it’s his passion and you don’t normally that kind of deep knowledge from salespeople.
Edi was a no nonsense negotiator but he helped us get to the place we needed to get the car we loved. He was direct, didn’t waste our time and completed the paperwork expeditiously.
The lot is full of premium and curated vehicles. We were provided the entire cars history and left feeling pleased with the deal, the car, and the experience.

AVOID THIS DEALER! All their reviews must be fake. I live in CA and I purchased a 2009 Nissan Titan. They shipped the car out to me, it arrives with a cracked windshield. Literally 0 miles in the gas tank, none of the key fobs for the truck are working and the radio isn’t working! My main concern is the windshield so I contacted my sales rep as I can’t drive the car like this, of course NO RESPONSE! This dealer did not disclose any of these problems with me! WORST CAR DEALER I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!
