We were referred to Auto Car Zone by our friends back in 2019 when their office was in Lynnwood, and we are so glad we went. We bought a car for my mom and the whole staff was super helpful and knowledgeable! I’m always hesitant of going to car dealerships because of the pressure they put on you, but Auto Car Zone is completely the opposite! They were so AMAZING and had an answer to every question we had! My mom was so happy with her purchase. :)
Last year I needed to sell my car since we were moving out of state and the only place I could trust was Auto Car Zone. They are now in Bellevue and have an awesome office where my little one could get helped busy. :)
Alik (the manager) was super helpful as always and I knew my car was in good hands. I hope I’ll be back for my next purchase because they make you feel like family.

I wasn’t quick enough for a car they had, but this was a really relaxed and easygoing dealership. Their cars overall seem to be in good condition. They’re willing to fix things with a car before selling, if it needs work done.

I will say, however, they don’t allow you to plug in your own OBD II scanner to read the computer codes. HUGE red flag.

This was  our most enjoyable car buying experience. We need to replace 2 cars so we were looking around trying to stretch our budget the farthest.  The gentlemen here were not pushy, and very matter of fact.  While we were looking it over one issue came up and they offered to replace it with even being asked.

It’s been several months now, and honestly nothing has happened to the car.  I purchased a 16 Volvo V60 cross country. It runs great. Nothing has broken, and the car runs very smooth.  I am happy to found this little gem of a place.  And recommend this place to friends who are looking for a new car.
