Went into this dealership and was quickly greeted with Jensen. He made sure to make me a priority throughout the whole process. I truly believe he went above and beyond to make things easier.. I went in with a strict budget and he managed to get me into a car that was initially out of my budget. And to top it off, he took the time out of his day to drive from Seattle to tacoma to bring me the car on the date and time I requested. With a fresh clean and full tank. So that I didn't have to fight seattle traffic after work with my kids. I truly believe he didn't NEED to do alot of the things he did, but it sure was a service that was appreciated and heightened my standards for car salesmen.
I will recommend Jensen to anyone and everyone. Thanks alot man. You rock!!!

(Edited): I originally had a very, very poor experience with a single representative from this dealership. I wrote a review accordingly, emphasizing that a single representative does not represent the dealership as a whole, but that the experience had left a very poor taste in my mouth.

Within a day after, the owner, Ahmed, reached out personally to make things right. He was very transparent and apologetic about the situation. He was respectful of my reluctance to further consider the dealership, but assured me the best quality service and a discount if I did. After a deal with another dealership fell through, I agreed to meet with FNA. Ahmed was away on holiday the day of my appointment (which he communicated would be the case when is scheduled) and so I worked with Joseph Nadeem. He was very kind and personable, empathetic and transparent about his hopes to repair my opinion of FNA even if I did not purchase from him. He offered my brother snacks and cocoa while I worked out an insurance issue.

The car I viewed appeared as advertised, though without a pre-purchase exam I cannot be certain. The car had not been detailed and there were some damages to the paint, but to me the condition of the mechanical parts of the car are much more important. I ended up going with a different vehicle I preferred the feel of more, but had my exam on that vehicle gone poorly FNA's would have been next on my list to have checked.

I'm glad I gave FNA a second chance, but want to remain transparent about my own overall experience. My thanks go to Joseph and Ahmed for their considerations!

I was looking for a car for a long time. I wanted a special car, white Nissan Kicks. I found one at First National Autos, and I am very happy I made this choice. Jensen was the professional helping me, he let me do the test drive, and explained everything about this vehicle. I could not spend more then certain amount of money, and Jensen found the bank that provided me with the loan I needed.  Moreover, the right mirror had a little scratch , and Jensen replaced it at the company expense. On top of everything, my car was washed fully. And.. Jensen found the 2 nd key, which is not a usual thing for the second hand cars. I would definitely recommend this company if you are looking for a reliable car

I came in looking for a new car and Jensen was so great! Wasn’t sure if I wanted an SUV or a Sedan but he showed me so many options and took time explaining the process. In the end, I went with the sedan! Jensen was super chill and didn’t put any pressure on me. Listened to what I wanted and sold me a car I loved. 10/10. Ask for Jensen!
