I had the pleasure of purchasing a Porsche Macan from the guys at PNW Luxury Cars this past Sunday. I submitted an online vehicle availability inquiry late Saturday night after searching their website. James contacted me promptly on Sunday morning. From the time I arrived that afternoon, I was warmly greeted by Devin. He walked me to the vehicle, asked if I had any questions, handed me the key and let me spend as much time checking it out as I wanted. After the solo test drive, I went inside and worked with Carlos on finalizing a deal. From there, James in the finance office took over and I was on my way. These guys are no pressure and not your typical sales people. I would purchase a vehicle from PNW Luxury Cars again without hesitation.

We were in the area for vacation when we saw the car we had been looking for all over Eastern Washington and Idaho. It was a fair price, good condition, and low mileage for a Challenger. The sales team worked with us to get a payment plan that fit our budget, and get financing on a holiday weekend.

When we got the car home we thought it had an exhaust leak and possible transmission leak. We took it into our local shop and realized the “minor accident” reported in the car fax was only cosmetically fixed and not mechanically. The extra warranty we purchased covered a pretty significant oil leak, but the front cradle, control arms, and alignment was still needing repaired. I reached out to the dealership who immediately got me to John. He wasted NO time in working with me. I believe them when they say they had no idea about this damage. It’s not like you can crawl under the car and look. John worked with my local garage and got everything fixed. It was an easy process, no fighting back and forth like other dealerships I have dealt with before.

This is my second c300 purchase from PNW Luxury. My previous Benz from PNW was hard to let go of because it was such a great ride. But, the miles were getting up there. My euro sports mechanic always commented on what a great deal I got and what a beautiful ride it was. Zac helped me last time (5 years ago). When I heard he wasn't there I was a little unsure. But, I went ahead and drove the hour plus commute because the previous experience was SO AMAZING and Brandon's connection with me from the get go was so comfortable and real. Needless to say, they didn't fall short with my next purchase (9.21.2024). We were greeted by Carlos and also taken care of by Devin. They were the dream team with helping answer questions and making sure there was no push. Very classy and real with communications. Personal conversations came natural and they didn't waste our time. But, gave us theirs when I wanted my current tires traded to the new car. James, what a dream. Usually the finance part can be a little stressful, NOPE. It was actually fun chatting with him and getting to know his sweet pup Louie. His dog hangs out at the office. But, is not in anybody's way and so well behaved. He made us feel at home. I researched the car before I went down and know I got a great deal. On CARFAX this car came in under the low purchase price. They went this to me ahead of time so I didn't have to pay for for it. I will not buy a car anywhere else. Their inventory is very well selected. I once again purchased a lease return. It's nearly new. The Bumper to Bumper Extended Warranty is well worth the price. The follow up care from Brandon has been fantastic. Thank you all. I feel blessed to have found the "Nordstrom's" of car dealers. I am a return customer for a reason and will refer anyone I can to the best.
