Description

The Adjustable Vintage Heater is $5 and the small bag of complementary rocks is free, since I feel like they match with the heater. I got this heater used in great condition from a retired aquarium hobbyist who kept all their stuff in great condition, even keeping the original box for the heater. I have tested this heater before (once) and It works. It is a bit old though, and I’m guessing the clear top cap means the top is sensitive to water. I would recommend this heater for a 5 gallon or 10 gallon tank. Because it clips on to the back of your tank, it is not going to work well in a tank taller than 12 inches unless you have incredible water flow. If you were hoping to add this to a 20 gallon long, I would suggest considering adding another heater, especially if your 20 gallon long does not have good water flow. Despite the heater being adjustable, I would recommend having a thermometer in your tank. I do have more heaters and aquarium thermometers available, however I’m hoping to sell this unique heater first. This heater may also be a good choice for aquarium hobbyists who need a little more motivation to refill their tanks in a timely manner, since it is a heater that can’t be fully submerged :) Please get back to me if you have any questions! I’m getting out of the aquarium hobby and still have all my aquarium stuff I need to part with
