I fixed my brothers tv which wasnt turning on because of bulging capacitators. I replaced the capacitors with new ones and TV was working fine. But then I accidentally cracked the screen trying to mount it to a stand! The boards are still working. I took them all out so if you need a replacement all you have to do is screw them in and plug them in. If you have a vizio M60-C3 that doesnt turn on, it might just have bulging (failed) capacitors and is a 10 minute fix with these boards. I also have some spare capacitors from ebay that I will throw in. The new capacitor set themselves cost around $19 on ebay. Offerup doesnt let you post videos but I have videos of it working that I can show you before I accidentally cracked the screen. Pickup only in Queens Village NY 11428
