Well a ultra bee is powerful but is one of the heavier e-bikes but it’s a great bike but if it’s his first bike I would get him a mx4 or a lbx
Instead of purchasing this upgraded, decently used one with obvious wear you should buy him a 2025 brand new, it’s already 1k less
For the same price you’ll have a new one and build it how you want
if hes a beginner no, get a talaria xxx, surron, or less powerful bike. if hes alrdy had one then yes
It would be sick for him, they are pretty fast and expensive. Be sure he is not riding on high ways as police love impounding those things
