They look very used and worn so I personally wouldn't. I always worry about bacteria and such but then I have O.C.D. lol!
No, shoes often drop value heavily, with creases like that probably not
Look at the bottom of them see how worn they are and make sure they are real Nike

I think a fairer price would be 20 dollars, they look to be in good condition however they were also still on someone else's FEET...
