It's not a bad price. It's usually what PS4s go for now, I've seen some in really good condition for cheaper, though. Just make sure everything works and test if, if they're not willing to let you do that, walk away.
Ty said it perfectly. I would just add that it would have to be in excellent condition. It doesn't say it is a pro or 1 tb so I would assume it is standard with 500gb. For which I have seen resellers like game stop actually selling it for very close to that price and they have checked it already and are making a profit.
