My thoughts on price is that it’s extremely fair considering the amount of work it takes to wrap a frame. If I had the money I’d buy it for my 62.
That’s not a good price considering it wasn’t sealed after the welding, it needs to be cleaned correctly and sealed , if not that rust will start corroding everything. Just my 2 cents
Whoever buys the frame can send to powder coat and there they will clean before coating. That’s just surface rust.
