Look to be so. Hard to truly tell without close up photos. From these photos it seems a good cleaning would suffice.

I don’t think that great of condition stains and the far left chair has some indention. If ur going to work on them maybe do some reupholstery then yea. But again hard to tell in photo and it’s everyone’s preference is it $40 for all of them ? If so the. Yea they just need to be cleaned, if that’s the style you like 😊
Don’t know how much lower they can go with that price, looks like you’re getting used furniture. You could offer to take those away for free—you’d probably be doing them a favor.
