Fair and Helpful
Working with Rob to buy my Silverado Crew Cab was such a great experience. From the start, he made me feel comfortable by answering all my questions and listening to my concerns without any pressure. It felt like I was talking to a friend rather than a salesman.
When we got to discussing the price, Rob was incredibly fair. He made sure the deal worked for both of us, and I really appreciated how straightforward he was. After the sale, he even checked in to make sure I was happy with the truck.
If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their customers and makes the process easy, Rob is the person to go to. I’ll definitely work with him again in the future!

I’m editing my post as I said I would. Let me say I am at fault for purchasing the car, but it should not have been sold for the price. The full shifter mechanism needs replaced, the AC joint is so bad it is dangerous, the entire oil pan needs replacing, and we are still figuring out the ABS issue. We are waiting on the exact price because they have to order parts. We do know it’s well over $1500.
I recommend taking any vehicle from here to a shop before you purchase it. They are super nice, but quality is questionable… Do better than I did and save yourself one hell of a headache and a lot of cash…have it thoroughly inspected before you buy. I will try to update with the total cost of repairs. Fingers crossed this car will last a long time once it has been repaired.

My husband and I found a car we were interested online that we were interested in and it happened to be for sale at Sam’s. We inquired about it on Sunday I believe and then on Monday morning we noticed the price increased and then increased again. We were not thrilled because it was more expensive. I reached out and spoke with I believe it was Rob and he agreed to honor the original price. Rob was super nice and very helpful when we came in. We purchased a 2005 Volvo with only about 112k miles. We feel like we got a good price and are really excited about our purchase. We are going to take it into a shop for the ABS light that is on, breaks work great and they didn’t try and hide the issue. I looked up the average cost to repair it are willing to take care of it. After all, it’s a 2005 so maintenance is expected. The care runs so smooth, the AC is so cold, and I have high hopes that it will run for a long time. I will come edit my post after we take it into the shop because I believe it will show Sam’s sells quality vehicles.

Bought 2 trucks from this place the same day. 1st truck was a f150. Looked good on the outside but comes to find out the engine is toast and was quoted 16k for the engine to replace as well as the drivetrain. 2nd truck was a tundra. Once again looked good in the outside. Which in 1 week of having the truck ended up at Toyota needing a new transmission. The dirtbag selling these trucks had the audacity to say all the vehicles he sales are in tip top shape. I recommend you DO NOT buy anything from this crap shack. You will be wasting your valuable time and money on something that will end up in the shop within weeks after the purchase.

My husband and I were looking for our son his first vehicle, after driving to ocala for a trailblazer that was supposedly in great shape…Was no where near what the pictures showed when we got there. Long story short we found one with Sam’s and are happy with it so far! There is a lil vibration when you click the ac button on but it’s not a brand new vehicle so as long as it’s not major we’re good. When I went to pick up my metal plate there was an almost $13 cost difference. Which I really didn’t understand after paying $377 for the tag already..I had $100 bill at the time to pay it, Mr. Sam said the tag was on him. Thank yall for helping make a parent goal happen!!
