SELLING AS IS CLEAN TITLE Measurements are 26X8 4800 lbs *** I do not know how much weight it can hold, but I do know it slept up to six people, fridge and freezer full, pantry floor, books, storage, and more*** If the listing is still up, it is still available. ✨We bought her two years ago for an office space and no longer need. ✅I can also include a new 32’ television with remote for your entertainment center per your special request ✅Refrigerator and freezer(both very cold) ✅A working stove, propane, microwave and oven. ✅Kitchen area with double sinks and plenty storage cabinet above and below ✅A pantry on the right side of the refrigerator and freezer for your food or storage needs. ✅Two bunk beds one above the other, both have padding and sheets and one pillow each. With bed - RV sleeps 6(or 7 if adding couch) ✅Bathroom with sink, and plenty storage space underneath and cabinet on the left side to put your belongings. ✅A shower with curtain and air vent ✅A sitting area in the dining room room with two matching cushion seats up to four people. ✅A couch in the living room area. The old leather was coming off, so I added new sheets for a cover. Plenty of cabinet space above the couch as well. ✅In the middle, you have your entertainment center where you can have your pictures and television or any other knickknacks or home decor. ✅A thermostat on the wall that controls both heating and cooling. Both work great. ✅The bedroom has mattress and comforter with a few pillows. And cabinets on each side with hangers to hang up your clothes. Also a storage compartment at the top to put your shoes, etc. 🛞 All tires are aired up and running good ✅There are several storage compartments on the outside of the RV. ✅There is electrical and water hook ups in the back of the RV. ✅The RV is a slide out so it does pull out with a touch of a button. And it slides back in with the touch of a button. Also includes a pull out canopy. ✅The door also has a screen and steps that are connected that you can keep down or pull up if you’re on the move. ✅ it is a slide out, which means all you have to do is push a button for it to slide all the way out and slide all the way in. I have videos upon request. I have more pictures of the RV when it’s slid all the way in upon request. 🛻 You must need a truck and truck hitch to hook and pick up - a small 1990 Ford single cab hold it from one city to another ***There is minor hail damage on the top of the roof from before we bought it so small cosmetic damages, but cannot see unless you look up close on top. *** the water works and has good pressure, but the hot water does not work. The owner we bought from didn’t tell us and We never used so it didn’t bother us. The hot water tank if you turn the hot water on you can see it trying to drip out of a tiny crack. Just for kicks, we try to put some different type of caulking on it but it didn’t work so if you like projects, there you go. *** the slide in and slide out, works perfectly, but when trying to make the videos for the slide and the slide out I didn’t have the bathroom door shut so it pushed the hinge on the bottom of the bathroom door out some you just have to screw it in *** this is why I’m selling AS IS and went from $10,500 down to $7,000*** ‼️If you would like to come look at it, weekend availability would be most preferable.
