Description

The couch is five years old from Jeromes. Single person household. Recently got a cat in the house, so there are minor scratches on the corner, and underneath the couch needs new cloth, if desired. OTTOMAN IS SOLD. Very good condition overall. It's pretty large, so you'll need two people to move it. It is two pieces that link together. Third floor of an office building with stairs, but you can pick it up from the street side so it's only a few stairs. I had this at my home, but moved so I took it to my office but it doesn't fit there. LOCATED IN POINT LOMA
