The car I purchased is awesome after 6 months no issues. It was a very reasonable price as well. The only critique I have is that the sales person and the finance managers should definitely put time aside for customers coming from out of state. I had to go 2 times because I called in the morning the first time and told them I was coming to buy the car and I showed up and no one spoke to us for almost 2 hours while we sat at a desk. Most people would have left and gone elsewhere. I drove a total of 12 hours round trip to get this vehicle. For clients purchasing high end cars and any car for that matter, they should be taken care of and scheduled correctly.

I Had a great experience with Luxurymotors even down to transportation to get to the location. They definitely look out for their customers. My sales representative was Jonathan he was was very helpful very knowledgeable very professional very patient throughout the process. GO SEE JONATHAN!!! With all your vehicle needs!! I have been trying to connect with your sales team to purchase one of the luxury vehicles in full payment. I called several times, but unfortunately, the receptionist at the front desk treated me in a very dismissive and unprofessional manner.

Is this really the level of service provided to new customers? I doubt it, but then why was I treated this way after calling almost five times just to reach sales?

If this is how potential clients are welcomed, it’s extremely disappointing.

Purchased a lemon on 10-30-24 I’ve been at there repair shop 2x already Nathan completely dismissive .Here’s a refined version of your message:

I purchased a car from your dealership, and from the very start, it had issues. Driving home, I experienced severe shaking when trying to stop the car. I called Nathan, who transferred me to what I assumed was the in-house repair shop. I spoke with Mike, who instructed me to come in but failed to explain that I needed to go to a different location. After driving from New Jersey, I arrived only to be redirected to another place. After a supposed repair, the issue persisted. I returned, but the problem still wasn’t fixed, and I had to schedule another appointment.

Later, I received a call regarding my review, pressuring me to take it down or face denial of repair services. This approach is completely unacceptable. Not only did your team fail to take responsibility or apologize, but demanding I remove my review to receive help crosses a line.

Under 15 U.S. Code 1605(a), finance charges must be fully disclosed. By failing to address and repair these issues, you have breached this trust, which I believe constitutes fraud. I’ve contacted an attorney to review this matter further. Nathan, this behavior won’t go unaddressed.

Nathan’s rebuttal claimed that the car “sat unused,” but it’s clear that everything on it is aftermarket, indicating corners were cut. After signing the contract, it feels like I’m dealing with hidden issues and subpar modifications. I had to pay out of pocket for new front brakes today, and I’ll still need to replace the rear brakes soon. This was confirmed by the BMW dealership. Warranty does not apply to aftermarket products #receipts BUYERS BEWARE…
