Circa 1(contact info removed) Federal Colonial Antique Primitive Brass Chamberstick Candle holder. A beautiful piece of American history….this is made to be carried around & if you got up from bed you would have walked with this lighting your way & the dripping wax all being caught in the pan, it was the safest way to walk around with a burning lit candle, yet lighting the path as you moved around! Of course there was no electricity for nearly 100 more years! The patina is spectacular
