Very rare 1962 Airstream Bambi, the desired 16 foot style. Clean title! Please enlarge all photos to see the beauty or any blemishes. This is in very good condition! The exterior has a slightly dented scratch on it as shown and I don't see any noticeable dents, just some dimpling at the seams. It could use a good shine. The axle, wheels, and tires are newer. The hitch mechanism is newer. They also had some sort of a brake system installed. It was $9000 worth of work. You can see the list of other items that have been done to the trailer as shown in the photos. The floor has been re-insulated and re-covered. The cushions have been reupholstered. There are cubbies underneath the cushions showing tanks etc. There is some original lighting, I'm not sure if it works. This comes with a battery and other hardware pieces that are stored in drawers. The screens are in the closet. They added a skylight that does not pop up. this actually has a wet bathroom! The stove works but I'm not sure if the hot water tank works. There is a new wall heater. The cabinets work pretty well. And all of the drawers. The plumbing works. Notice the coolest soap dispenser I've ever seen, at the kitchen sink area. The kitchen sink has a couple of chips in the enamel. One of the kitchen under counter lights, is missing the shade as shown. I don't know if the antique lighting in this works or not. The windows are all intact. There are keys included. The kitchen is adorable and they replaced the refrigerator with a Coleman electric or 12 V type refrigerator as shown. This is not 100% perfect. Some of the cupboards may need some work and it has been left for the new owner to refurbish as you wish. The side sofa pulls out to make a large bed and is stabilized by the vintage legs as shown. There is also a bunk system/hammock that is included with this trailer and the cables are included. The hook- on hardware is present on the trailer walls for the hammock. They only made 800 of these between 1961 and 1963. The underbelly looks fabulous. The roof looks great! Thank you!
