New, super comfy, 2 piece living room set. Includes matching sofa and loveseat. Has never been used and is in perfect condition. Everything feels solid and sturdy. The arms and base are a dark beige faux leather, and the cushions are a lighter beige upholstery. Both, sofa and loveseat, have pockets on each outside arm and have storage underneath each seat cushion. Sofa is 84”W x 32”D x 35”H. Loveseat is 62”W x 32”D x 35”H. Willing to deliver for extra if needed or can help load at easy home garage pick up in O’Fallon, Illinois. Cash only.
