What a shame, after reading these reviews I’m glad I trusted my judgement and walked away from this dealership. I was told test driving is a waste of their time if they can’t run my credit to confirm I am approved. I’m glad I dodged this bullet. If sales is your profession and a disgruntled customer is not happy, telling them to learn to speak doesn’t negate their poor experience.

Deception, deception, deception!!!! Now you’ll know why reviews exist- to warn you! Just left their place super disappointed. The ADVERTISED price is NOT the final price in this place. Make sure you get the purchase order first before giving up your social security and or handing over your sensitive financial information.

I came in a few months back to inquire about a 2017 X5. The owner seemed arrogant and unwilling to do any type of deal with my trade, he even gestured that he doesn't want my car as a trade in and that I'm the one who came to his dealer. He also tried to tell me that he needed to run my credit first before he could appraise my trade in. Lol this guy must think I'm from planet Mars or something. I have been buying cars for years even big named dealers Like BMW, Mercedes, Audi don’t get down like that, only this fool who can’t sell any of his cars comes up with that dumb method. 3 months later I see the same car hasn't been sold, I wonder why. With an attitude like that, you most certainly won't have a successful business maybe those cars will be repo on the lot at some point. I took my money and business somewhere else, and I got a fantastic X5 I’m very happy with 3 months later. I'd stay away from this place. They don't have a clue about what they’re doing.
