Called this dealership twice once on Monday letting them know I would test drive it Wednesday. And again on Wednesday letting them know I’d be there in 2 hours. When we got there the car was in the secondary lot and not cleaned. Car was listed as clean but it was anything but clean. Heavily smoked in and crazy dirty. I was still willing to purchase because things can be cleaned.

When we sat down to negotiate even though the online price had it listed as $6,499 he was telling us it would be $6,702 and was hesitant to lower it to the listed price. Then they wanted to add on $1,300 in “dealership fees” when I told him my offer he didn’t even try to counter offer just said “someone would pay full price for it tomorrow” sure buddy

The car will still be listed tomorrow and next week. Never met a sales person who didn’t want to negotiate or make a sale. I was willing to humor his “dealership fee” but not at $1,300

If someone from this location wants to take things seriously let me know.

They’ll say the car is priced the best in the area but then quickly the $1300 in “fees” make it above anything in the area. Also even if the car was priced the best it’s because this car was HEAVILY smoked in with cigarette burns around the car and permanent yellowing. So yes it should be priced the best.

I would recommend bringing your own mechanic. I purchased a Charger RT 12 (posted on their Instagram) the same day I was leaving the dealership I noticed a check engine light & Bluetooth was not working. Prior to that I took the vehicle on a test drive with no check engine light or any type of mechanical problem. Turns out the vehicle transmission is slipping, water pump is leaking, needs a new transmission pan, a new box for Bluetooth connection. Yes, they did lower the price for me but lied on paper, online & in person. The vehicle was falsely advertised. They did try to offer some help by covering all labor & I provide the parts that are broken. Unfortunately I couldn’t take the offer since my trust with them was completely lost. I shouldn’t have been placed in that position from the start. Jacob the salesman was respectful with me for the most part but as a customer you failed me. Lesson learned
