This travel trailer needs a large enough battery to run the microwave, slide out, refrigerator, electric water heater, lights and water pump. Or you can run a generator. Slide out needs cables adjusted. Needs new refrigerator door handle and minor cosmetic fixes. I have laminate flooring ready to be laid. No plates since parked on private property the whole time.
