Just bought a Chevy 1500 with a stakebed from Rigo!  They were fast, kind, and gave me a fair price. Very happy with buying a truck from them. Will buy the next work truck I get from here

I got approved for the 2019 Chevy 2500 that I needed to work out of. With never leasing anything it was difficult for me but Mike’s made it happen. It’s been a few months since the purchase and I’ve discovered large body damage that was not disclosed upon purchase. As well as a service light on my truck go the tire pressure sensors that Mike’s could not fix for me. On top of all that they recieved the truck at auction and slapped $50 brake pads on there that squeak extremely loud everywhere I drive every day all day. You would think they could put some decent brake pads on a $40,000 truck. There’s also electrical issues that have been blown off and I’ve not received any “how’s the truck” texts because I think they already know. I bought the truck in a hurry so make sure you review everything before purchasing. On top of everything they sold me the truck with a single key. I had to pay $700 for a key fob. The one thing they helped with post purchase was an alignment.

Over all friendly stuff, Juan the sale representative was very informative. answered all the questions I had about truck I bought. I highly recommend this place, if you’re looking to buy truck for construction work.

From start to finish Rigo provided top quality sales and service. I called on a Ford Transit plumber cutaway they had posted for sale on Craigslist. All communication was clear and negotiations were easily taking care of. I live 4 hours away from the lot. Rigo waited for me past closing time to arrive and was patient while I inspected the vehicle and test drove. I stayed in the area over night and drove back the next morning. As I was headed up the grapevine the transmission started smoking and the check engine light came on. At this point I was not feeling too positive about my purchase. I called Rigo and he answered. This was at 7:30am. He told me to bring it back to the lot and they will get it looked at and repair any issues as they offer what I remember to be a 1,000 mile 30 day warranty at no extra charge. I brought it back and they proceeded to have all necessary transmission work completed by a professional. A week or so later I returned to pickup the truck. Have been driving it since with no issues. As a contractor and small business owner this type of customer service speaks volumes to one’s character. Rigo and the folks at this lot were acceptional from start to finish. I would buy again from this lot and would recommend anyone I know as well.
