We worked with Ermilio and he was great! This was my first time buying a car and he made the process enjoyable. I was dreading looking for a new car but I would do it again thanks to him. I had a lot of questions and he was able to answer all of them. He was also very patient while I talked to my insurance, he didn't rush us or seem annoyed. He also knew we were hungry and brought us a pastry his fiance made (it was very good). The only thing is it took a while for us to meet with finance but who we worked with was efficient and didnt make us wait much longer once it was our turn.

Really easy experience to get a used car with these folks. everyone was very low pressure. I like how they had recommendations of the used car that was right for me based on my needs. I like that they were patient while test from like 6 cars trying to make a decision. Overall great experience.
