I want to first start off by thanking Ashley for telling me about the Nissan Pathfinder and referring me to Rt 28 Motors. Michael and all the other team members were great and helped when needed. Let me start by saying Tony and Harry sold me a good car at a fair price. They even allowed me to negotiate a bit. But the car had been sitting at the dealership for almost two months, so I was able to save a few hundred bucks.

BUT...there are two big caveats.

1) The listing on their website said that the car came with heated seats. I didn’t think to try out the heated seats when I test drove the car, but it was definitely a "checklist" feature in the search for my next vehicle. Once I needed them on a cold day, I learned that the car did not have the heated seats as advertised. I called and asked them to install after market heated seats, since the listing claimed to have them. They refused. They said we had already negotiated a lower price and they weren't making any money on the car. By every definition, this is false advertising. Even if they were going to lose a few hundred bucks, they should have done what was right.

2) I paid $200 for them to send a runner to the DMV to get the vehicle registered. They told me it would be done the next day. It took 4 days. If I known it would take that long, I definitely would have registered it myself and saved the money. But they made no indication at all that it could take almost a week.

So, like I said. I got a good car.  But the experience was shady.

Bought a Ram pro master 2017. The mirror was not working on the passenger side said he would fix it before I picked it up. Replaced it with a banged up holes in the back mirror something from the junkyard. Driver's side mirror wouldn't stay out, said he would replace it, said he didn't have time bring it to a friend. Gave 'em the price said, oh, that's too expensive. That was for a brand new factory mirror which would be the correct way of fixing it. He told me the mirrors are not supposed to fold in with a button. Even though the truck has a button to fold, the mirror in. Which, by the way, every pro master I looked at had a button to fold the mirrors in.  Told me he would give me half the money for the mirror that was broken that he was responsible to fix. One month later, still no check. These guys are con artists.

Thank you Mike and Bill for a fantastic, painless car buying experience.   Got exactly what I wanted at a very competitive price.   Being from out of town your communication through the process was above and beyond.   I would definitely recommend RT28 Motors, and will do business here again in the future.
