Description

Masaki Sakurai no.10, 1977 Made in M. Khono workshop in Tokyo, Japan.  The action is low. The neck is a gentle d shape, which I find to be very comfortable. I just got it professionally set up with new Gotoh tuners and D’Addario Pro-Arté EJ45 strings. The set up was done by Larry at Walt Grace Vintage in Miami. This guitar is really ready to be played. It responds well to a gentle touch, with warm, singing trebles but also has some nice punchy bass. Wonderful sound, balance and sustain.  Playability is impeccable. Only minor esthetic scratches and blemishes as regular wear from playing and being used along the years. Comes with the hard case believed to be the original one (with key).  If you are looking for an expressive and loud resonant guitar, I definitely recommend this one! Solid spruce top Rosewood back and sides Mahogany neck Ebony fretboard Tuners (new): Gotoh, 40G2000, Lyra-style, 39mm, Gold Strings (new): D’Addario Pro-Arté EJ45 Vintage Japanese classical guitar
