I bought a 2008 Cadillac CTS today with low mileage from them.  Nov. 20, 2025; the car was in crazy good shape.  I believe I got a very good price/fair value.  Shawn was the Sales Rep and Emmanual (Manuel?) was the Manager.  They do what they say and they say what they do.  I'm 66 years old single female.  I'd trust them again.  They spoke very simply and explained everything.  No hubristic pride or lying.  It's a very small dealership on Cave Creek near Dunlap interchange.  Please know they will do you good.  They respect you and talk intelligently.  IF anyone complains about them it's PROBABLY because they're trying to get something out of them or is just deceitful overall. Purchased a 2009 Chevrolet 1500 in great conditions and low mileage. Emanuel was very helpful throughout the process. I reside in El paso Texas and Emanuel provided a car fax, videos, and numerous detail pictures of the vehicle. Upon picking up the vehicle Emanuel had all documents ready. Shawn was very professional, respectful, extremely helpful, nice and not pushy at all. Overall one of my best used vehicle purchase experiences ever. He knows his inventory and is willing to work with you so that he and his customers are both satisfied. We told him we were going to pay in cash and when we had agreed on a fair price he knew where the closest branch of our credit union was and said he would have the paperwork ready by the time we would be back with the cashier's check. He was as good as his word and we were done in less than 15 minutes after we got back. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a honest business with fair prices.
