Rarely do I get online and write a review. But Virginia was such a great delight in my experience with Fairway, I feel compelled to let everyone know. She shuttled me too and from my home which is roughly 15 miles away. Her friendliness and kindred spirit made a difficult automotive challenge, just a bit easier for me. In this fast paced world, we can easily forget the effect that kindness can have on us. She showed that to me and I watched her display that to the others in the shuttle with us.

I would like to thank her, let her know that her kindness was not overlooked and GMC is very lucky to have a soul like her in their midst. This dealership is particularly far away from where I live and there are dozens of places closer. But because of her, next time I need some work done, I will likely return to Fairway Buick and she would be one of the main reasons why.
