$450 OBO, purchased for 900 less than a year ago and have taken such good care of it, it’s basically brand new! I’m barely home, have no pets & don’t smoke so it’s in perfect condition. Comes with pillows (reversible) and the chaise can go on either the left or right depending on your preference (the cushion flips and the underneath part is moveable). Just have to come pick it up from Irving Park (I can help move it out of the building) since I don’t have a car. Im definitely willing to give it up for less if you can come get it in the next 3 days:) 86” long across the back of the couch and the chaise is 62” long from the back!
