18”x 14” Neon acrylic on stretched canvas original painting by Kealoha Cruiser Rue of a red sided California garter snake. Signed KC Rue 2023. The red sided garter snake is one of the worlds most beautiful snakes. These snakes live in California wetland areas and grassy places. They feed mostly on rodents and other small prey. This painting glows under black light and also partially glows in the dark after lights are turned off in complete darkness.
