This $1 bill's serial number has six 8's in it including five in a row. Eights are considered lucky in China making this note more valuable to a Chinese buyer. See the attached screenshot where a nearly identical note recently sold for $16 making by asking price of $9 very reasonable just like most of my other post's asking prices.
