Couch was originally from Pier 1 imports and cost over $3500… it is real Leather, not bonded leather or faux leather… still in structurally fantastic condition, but does show signs of wear from the years! Has 2 small wear holes (covered in patches) great candidate for repair or reupholstery! Comes with matching 38”x38” Ottoman Open to reasonable offers I cannot deliver, must be picked up. Will need a large truck as it is heavy and big! Located near Dos Lagos in South Corona about 5 miles south of the 91/15 interchange. Any questions, let me know!
