Chevy 348 Engine Bigblock W Motor

Chevrolet 348 engine . Model year 1958 passenger car impala. First generation. Block # (contact info removed). Head numbers (contact info removed). Engine seemed to run ok but I never really drove the car other than down my street because clutch was janky. Engine did not smoke or overheat. Water pump makes some noise and should prob be replaced. Includes exhaust headers, motor mounts , starter, radiator AND rolling engine cradle Engine ran and fired up easily. Unfortunately I do not know the details or build history with this engine. This 348 was in a 61 impala car I purchased from estate of deceased owner. The car was a 3 speed, converted to a 4 speed. I pulled the engine and trans out to convert car to automatic., and dropped in a mild build 350. I was going to keep the engine in hopes of finding a 58 vert to build but plans have changed. This engine is a 1958 348 and I figured someone would like to have this in their 1958 impala, or build a 60s style hotrod. Either way these engines are becoming rare.
