It is time to sadly place our beloved, home away from home, Minnie for sale. Time has come to move on for us. But we loved how Minnie took us to some most memorable places and hope it will do the same to someone else. The Minnie is in excellent condi&on. Everything works as it should. We tried our best to always take care of it, including adding lots of nice upgrades/updates. Never off road, only campgrounds. Never cooked in the camper only boiled water. Camper always parked under carport when not in use. Very little to none sun exposure. All manuals, service docs. Included. So here is the details: -2020 Micro Minnie 1700BH/Bunkhouse. Sleeps 5. GVWR 4000 Dry Weight 3280 Dry Hitch 380 Fully insulated underbelly with heated tanks (when heater is turned on) Grey Tank 25Gals, Black Tank 25Gals, Freshwater tank 31Gals. 18,000/btu ac. Propane heater. -2- 20lbs propane tank with black plas&c propane cover. Added full/empty gauge propane connectors. -Dometic refrigerator runs off of propane or 120v ac. Added 12v auto temp-controlled fans to help remove heat during frig operations -Azdel exterior from the factory with Ceramic coating added 6/2020 cost of $1995.00 -Heavy duty Blue OX Sway Pro WDH hitch with two sets weight bars. -Installed lightweight flex 2-100 Watts Renogy solar panels on roof. Renogy solar controller with Bluetooth. Renogy 2000 waGs inverter to power 2 separate receptacle outlets. Renogy Battery monitor. 100AH Lifepo Lithium-Ion powering camper. Another 100 Amp can be easily added. Relocated to battery to under storage to keep it locked up and safe from the weather. Reduced the hitch weight at the same time. -Installed updated WFCO power converter with circuit breaker/fuse panel to charge Lifepo/Lithium batteries. Also have stock one. -Cleaned up the main junc&on box electrical mess left by Winnebago. Worst job I have ever seen. -Replaced plastic cheap sink with stainless steel and replaced with Delta Faucet. -Added exterior Blu-ray player as the oem system only plays DVD. -Replaced stock water pump with seaflo pump and added seaflo 125 psi accumulator. -Replace water heater electronic controller with Dinosaur Electronics Brand. You will never have problems with the water heater control system again. The stock one was notorious for having issues at the worst of times. -Added front cabin Heng’s exhaust fan. Replaced bathroom cheapy weak fan with Heng’s exhaust fan. -Added rear bumper Safety Struts. Can add some more items to the bumpers with this. -Installed Max Air Roof top Covers. This allows you to have the exhaust fan covers stays opened when towing and when raining. Should have been installed from the factory. -Replaced “China Bomb” tires with Goodyear Endurance including spare tire. DofM 07-2021 -Exterior shower with quick-connectors. Added shower to entrance front side as well. -Leveling combination wheel chock, extra wheel chock, oem 30 amp electrical cord. Extremely easy to tow. $20,000.00
