24-foot Sun Tracker Pontoon Aluminum boat Selling a 24-foot Sun Tracker Pontoon Aluminum boat with an Evinrude outboard motor. This is a solid aluminum boat with plenty of room—great platform for fishing, cruising, or lake use. This was my father’s boat before he passed away last September. The boat and motor are in his name. He tested it in August before his death and did extensive restoration on the boat before. We have titles for the motor and boat. My mother is the executor of his estate (Letter of Testamentary Available) and is ready to sell it with clean titles for both. The main issue is that he didn’t have a title for the trailer. He drove it from the family lake house to the dock down the road, so we believe he bought it knowing it didn’t have a trailer title, given how he would use it. The boat’s VIN is partially worn off. We attempted to conduct further research at the DMV, but the boat will need to be towed for a VIN inspection and possibly a VIN reissue or a bonded title. Whoever buys it will need to do further research on the trailer, but the boat and motor can be placed in their name. He used portable gas tank as well, not the older primary tank. I believe it needs temporary trailer lights for transport. We are selling it at a lower price for these reasons, and we're open to negotiation; we'll accept the highest offer.
