The resort is great for everyone, young and old, family friendly, with so many fun and relaxing things to do. Spend your time at one of the pools, fishing, pedaling a paddle boat around the lake, playing in the arcade, making a hole-in-one at mini golf, riding bikes, hiking or enjoying a peaceful nap. The resort also includes an exercise room, laundry facilities, clubhouse, restaurant and general store. There are always fun activities planned each week with themes like Oktoberfest, Fishing Derby, Luau, Car Show, Special Chef, Dog Day, Movie Nights and so much more. The best part is that the resort is close enough to home for you go often, but far enough away to get a relaxing vacation. The campground can accommodate both tents and RV’s with full hook ups (electric, water, sewer). Another option available is the Legacy Resort Park Models that can be rented for a week at a time. These models sleep six in the bedroom and loft and come equipped with a full kitchen and basic dishware. All models have a comfortable bathroom, cozy living area, a picnic table and stationary barbecue. Buyer would have to pay $849 transfer fee and the $750 quarterly dues.
