This swing set has nothing wrong nontears or cracks needs a sealant put on again look at last picture. Also needs a good cleaning But we don't use it cause my 4 year old son is allergic to grass!!!! We.are sad yo sell this and was only used a couple times We are selling it to someone who can move it and take apart 1. Has extra baby swing 2. Has the steering wheel and the pirate lookout I call it lol 3. Climbing wall 4. Picnic bench 5. Sand box area All it needs is cleaning up and a stain on it and that's it . We didn't use its just sitting and it costs new $799 ours $299
