Clean title in hand . Used as a daily driver, changed the oil every 4000 miles ,did the DSG service every 30,000 miles , brakes were done about 6000 miles ago , Rotation was done recently. It has no oil or coolant leaks. It’s been well maintained. For DSG fluid and oil I used Liqui Moly .
