2015 tohatsu 9.8 power tilt outboard "RUNS"

2015 tohatsu 9.8 4 stroke longshaft remote steering outboard with electric tilt and electric start. This is a 20 inch shaft model with remote steering and remote shifting setup, meaning "No tiller" "Requires a remote shifter and steering wheel to use" "Remote shifter, harness and cables are not included and are not available for purchase" I can start the outboard and demonstrate that it runs but you will need to provide your own controls and fuel tank after you purchase. "Only the outboard is available " I purchased a inflatable that came with this outboard from a youth sailing club and the outboard was too small and I already had a larger outboard to replace it with. I do not know the maintenance history or hours It starts right up and pees a strong stream of water as you can see in the video and it starts first pull or first turn of the key. It is priced accordingly and firm. If you did not read the description that is why I didn't respond.
