New in open box item A3. If the unit sounds loud in the video, it's just the mic on my phone. I would mention in the description if it was louder than a normal AC unit. This item was part of a pallet purchase. This item has been removed from the box to inspect for flaws and to test. The unit works as designed. I cycled through all of the modes and other functions with no issues getting cold air. There are no cosmetic flaws on the unit. It comes with everything that is supposed to be in the box. You will receive this item without the box since it was shipped back in a generic box. To find this item online, you can search by the model number that's shown in the description.
