If you came on the Offer Up app and typed in this brand of shock collar, you already know what it’s capable of. Specs listed on the box in the pictures. Brand new is $240. I used this one twice. All parts are OEM as if you purchased it off Amazon. Probably the best looking used collar you will find besides a brand new one. Asking $190 or best offer. I’ll have it fully charged when you pick it up so you can test it upon arrival. No, I will not sell it for $120. Lowballing messages will get ignored and deleted 😉
