I have two 83L rugged cases by Roam Adventure Company I am no longer using. They were on the top of my bed rack, but I replaced with a roof top tent. The previous owner drilled through the bottoms of the cases to mount them to the bed rack. So there are four 1/4” holes at 12-3-6-9 positions in the cases (see photo).
