The roof is covered with asphalt to avoid water accumulation and make the roof waterproof prolonging the life of the shed itself. Comes with mounting brackets to reinforce for extra stability. Made of fir wood 6 month warranty for any defective parts. We can deliver locally for a small fee and pickup is also available. We have a showroom floor with some samples assembled for demonstration.
