I did an online search for a Porsche Macan, and the return that best fit the bill was at this dealership. I worked with Hannah and she was AWESOME! She was very attentive and timely in passing information, to include arranging for shipping 2K miles. There was not a negative interaction in this whole process, other than the transport company taking their sweet time picking the car up. (It actually arrived one day earlier than scheduled, so that helped some.) I would recommend AutoNation Charlotte without hesitation, and definitely ask for Hannah!

Had an excellent experience buying my 2013 Mercedes-Benz E350W from AutoNation. Hannah was a wonderful salesperson! very tacktful, sweet, and was incredibly helpful. Erin, the finance director was a great help working out a deal as well. In the end, I walked out of there with a smile on my face, an amazing deal made, and a set of keys in my hand. Just wonderful!
