I’m trying to sell my sailboat, which I’ve had for about three years now. While the location in Redondo Beach, Kings Harbor Marina, is great, I don’t get out there enough to keep it. The marina offers laundry, bathrooms, showers, and a bike room for storage. They also give you two parking passes for two cars to be parked in the Marina. The sailboat has a cabin with a microwave, refrigerator, a small sitting area for eating, storage, and sleeping quarters. I’ve mainly used it to crash at for work as I work in aviation and have times I get in super late or super early. The boat doesn’t have an engine on it currently and the sails have been in covers. I pay someone every month to get it cleaned. It’s a great boat just needs someone who will love it a little more
