It’s been great having it. It’s super easy camping because we don’t have to spend time fixing a regular tent and having our staff all over in tent. We have owned it for about 3 years. Prior owner kept it in a garage. We had used it during a rain and there were no leaks . In the hot summer months, it is fresh since you can let the canvas open to let air come in The trailer roughly measures 11 feet in length when compacted and roughly 21 feet when the beds are extended. It weighs under 3,000 lbs. It sleeps 5 easily (two on each bed and one on the convertible dining table. It contains a clean water tank for washing dishes, showers, etc. or hook up to a water spigot at a campsite. This trailer is fantastic for dry camping or fits in well at RV Resorts with full hookups. All screens are in great shape. No holes. The canvas, vinyl, and roof are in great condition. This trailer sets up in 10-15 minutes and contains: - Sink - Indoor 3-Burner Stove - Refrigerator is not working properly (source: 110v, 12v, and propane) we can lower price so you can replace it for a nee one, or we can buy it and replace it before sale. - Space Heater (source: propane) - Outdoor BBQ Grill (quick connects to trailer propane) - Water pump (110v or battery) - Hot water heater (source: propane) - Outdoor Shower We have an extra propane. We can let it go if you want it. License plate is a permanent plate, and it only requires a one-time registration fee, or plate has to be renewed every 5 years, We can find that out for you if you request it.
