The staff is nice and the prices are fine, but my experience was not. I set up an appointment for Saturday morning. I arrived 5 minutes early. I went over the Carfax with the salesman and there was a recall on the car and was assured  that it had been taken care of previously. It took about a half hour after going over the Carfax to see the car. I was just about to get up and leave and the car was being driven onto the lot. The test drive was fine but a little short it was mostly on the highway so that's good. The paperwork process took about 45 minutes. So I was at the dealership for a couple of hours about 60% of the time sitting and waiting. I called after I drove the car I currently had back home and after adding the new car to my insurance. I was told that the shop was fixing a recall on the car that I was assured was already taken care of and was told to come pick up the car at 3. I arrived shortly after 3, was told it would ready in a few minutes. 30 minutes later I was told that they were finishing fixing the recall. about 40 minutes after that I finally got the car. I spent about 4 hours at the dealership that day and about 3 of those hours were just sitting there waiting. Decent prices, nice staff, but not good service.

They had everything ready for me when i got there since i set it up online and edward was more than helpful and polite. The only issue was it took a little while as they were slammed packed with people. I recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

Great car buying experience. Came in pre-qualified and was able to negotiate a good down payment. Added Extended warranty as well. Paul is a great salesman.

I bought a truck from this dealership 6-11-22. It had 3 check engine codes and they told me they would have it ready the following weekend. From my perspective it feels like that they’re dragging their feet getting it ready because they didn’t say it was ready till 6-23-22. I drove up that night with a truck and trailer to haul back the truck I bought and stayed in hotel so that I could leave there and get back home at a decent time. I live 4 hours away so it’s an 8 hour round trip. When I got there early in the morning on 6-24-22 I was told that the truck still was not ready. I was given a loaner vehicle instead and told that they “might” deliver my truck. But, I am now out a combined total of $430 to bring back a vehicle that isn’t mine($280 fuel, $150 hotel) and after reading similar reviews on here, I now feel very confident that I will have to make another 8 hour trip again here sometime in the future. That is if the truck is ever finished………
