I bought two cars under my name from this dealership within the month. "(Personal note both deals with deposit down)" Everything was good at first. Happy to do business with, but over some miscommunication & mishap I am 86 from the property. How Am I supposed get car work done? Thats why I was coming in every other day of every week. To get the work done. Get business done. Even though I am being ignored four weeks!?! I don't know who I made uncomfortable with me just being there but thank you for showing true faces. What A Establishment!

The service department is great! I had some minor issues when I brought my vehicle in for service back in January. It was a painful experience but Bobby Carroll was amazing and did everything he could to turn the situation around. Fast forward to today, I pull in at 6:50am and there is Bobby, right there waiting! He made sure to get me in immediately and again apologized for the last visit. I'm blown away that he would remember me. He is extremely professional and just phenomenal all the way around. It is only because of him that I even considered coming back here for service. Findlay needs to hold on to him and make sure he's happy because if he leaves, I leave. Thank you Bobby Carroll for taking care of your customers. In a world where customer service doesn't exist, we love to have people like you! ❤️
